Our Furulund guest-house lies in the heart of the Valdres area between Oslo and Bergen at a height of
400 metres. The guest-house dates from the beginning of the 1900s.
We, Rob en Betty van Kruining from the Netherlands, came to live here in April 2006.
We would be delighted to invite you, after a renovation of a year,  to become acquainted with the Valdres region from our guest-house.

Valdres is a wonderful mountainous area with heights up to 2000 metres. It has forests, fertile agricultural fields, lakes and a picturesque valley. From here you can reach within a few hours the high peaks of the Jotunheimen national park and the deep fjords in the west of Norway.  The area offers many possibilities for nature lovers and outdoor sports.

Furulund is a cosy guest-house, where you can enjoy tranquillity and space. Our guests have a cosy guest room at their disposal complete with wood stove and open fire-place. Around the pension is a big garden, where you can sit lovely in the summer.
